Whadja Eat Today (8/8)?

My day was busy again. Dang overtime. B: Nectar Lemon Tea & CL lemonade Drank that while I was walking for 30 minutes L: 10oz of pre-mixed Isopure (20g protein) Another 30 minutes of walking D: shrimp again, with homemade SF ****tail sauce. Also had 2 baby dill pickles to add some salty crunch to my day. S: SF popsicles (haven't had 'em yet..but I'm gonna!) Plus regular vitamins etc. I'm gonna have to get in some more water tonight. Only had 32oz so far. Julie

Hey B- protein shake S- greek yogurt w/2 strawberries, 1/2 banana L- protein bar D- turkey burger on wheat toast- I ate the whole thing! water- I'm only at about 25 ounces vits- need more calcium excersize- I still need to walk tonight- and it's getting late!

OK, I'll play. B: 1 cup skim, 1/2 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch Cereal L: 1/4 cup chicken salad, 2 T. fat free cottage cheese S: 1/2 Pure Protein bar D: 3 coconut shrimp (one bite of the coating & pouch said "No", so I picked off the coating on the rest) Supplements: Centrum chewable, biotin, Viactiv Calories: 701 Protein: 53g No real exercise. J

How's this for naughty?? I ordered a club sandwich and ate parts of it all day long. Not too nutritionally sound huh? We were at (Universal Studios) PS It was nice to hop on and off those rides without worry of the boat sinking down too deep when I stepped on or worrying about my kids falling out of the ride because my belly stopped the safety bar too far from their tummies.
