Whadja Eat Today (8/8)?
Hey gang! Hope everyone had a good Tuesday! Mine was pretty good, but work was a nuthouse.
Morning: 8 oz of Decaf Tea followed by 25 oz of CL with a scoop and a half of Nectar for 36g of protein
B: I ordered a breakfast burrito at work, supposed to be eggs, cheese and sausage, nothing else. I usually eat some of the guts and toss the rest. Well, mine got what I ordered PLUS onions, peppers and really anemic tomatoes. I took about 2 tiny bites and tossed the rest. Wound up eating 1/2 a protein bar instead.
L: 1/3 cup of chili
D: about 2 oz of broiled trout, 2 small bites of baked potato with a dab of sour cream, 1/4 cup of salad with a little ranch dressing and a green bean
In addition to my protein shake, I got in another 20 oz of water and am working on a 16 oz glass of SF Koolaid right now. I may have a small glass of milk later to top off my protein.
Didn't make it to the gym tonight. I had to stay late to work and my DH had a meeting tonight, but I did take the baby to the park and chase her around for about an hour.
So guys and gals, how was your day?
B: String cheese (2 of 'em)
L: I didn't eat the string cheese until about 10:30, so I wasn't hungry when I left for the gym at 12:30.
S: when I got back from the gym - Isopure Dutch chocolate with frozen cherries and vanilla silk soymilk (VERY good)
D: homemade chicken, veggie, rice soup (SOOOO yummy) about a cup
I will have another protein shake later.
At the gym I did 30 minutes on the bike, a little over an hour on the weights, and 10 minutes each of the rowing machine and treadmill.

B: 2 slices American cheese (hey it was what I had)
Cup of decaf w/ half and half
L: Boston Market Caesar Salad w/ Rotisserie Chicken Breast on top - ate about 1/2 a chicken breast (2 oz maybe), about 1/3 cup lettuce w/parm cheese and some salad dressing
S: Nectar shake (scoop and a half)
S2: Half a piece of SF cheesecake (LOL!)
D: A few slices of bologna
Will have another protein shake tonight before bed.
I had 3.5 bottles of water - each is 20 oz so...70 oz of water thus far.
I had 1 hour of physical therapy this morning for my back and leg. Walked 2 miles briskly this evening.

No Cheesecake Factory here. However, when I go visit my folks in AZ in February, I know they have one by them!! I'll have to go check it out! I have made a low carb cheesecake, but I end up eating waaaaaayyyyy too much of it. I've not made it since surgery, but did when I was on Atkins and would eat an entire 10" cheesecake in like 1-1/2 days. BY MYSELF!!

L - Shrimp dip (cream cheese, canned shrimp, lawreys salt) w/baked Lay's
S - 2 small snack beef sticks from the vending machine 1.25 oz
D - Just had some pickled Asparagus and going to cook up some rock shrimp I found last night!
I drank my water at work today with a straw and guess what I got the whole glass down! I think I may have found out my issue, I always drank with a straw before surgery and I would drink alot of water I didnt seem to have any issues so back to the straw I go!
Well I didnt go to the pool today but I did walk around Costco for 2 hours! I went up and down every isle, man I am a bit tired right now!
