I chose High protein bar, soy base, and them modified it by clicking on the "customize this food" button. Basically the same thing you do.
Have you tried the Gensoy protein bars? Not bad! Good for when you don't have time to make something. BTW, I talk to myself often, probably too often! ha ha
So Carrie, are you feeling better this week? I remember you saying you felt low in spirit last week.

I've added a ton of custom foods to fitday. It helps! Then I know I'm getting the nutritional information in correctly. Plus, fitday is sometimes wrong on some of its numbers...but, I don't worry about it too much. I know I'm more accountable when I'm keeping track. What I wish is that in our daily totals, fitday would show our fiber intake. Also, there should be a place for water...don't you think?

I heard so many wls people use fitday, so I figured I would give it a try. I agree with you about the water - I also had to add a custom item for my vitamin water. I am surprised that not only is there no fiber totals, seems important enough to get it's own report.
When you customize an item, there is no sugar entry either. Carbs yes, but not specifically sugar.
