Whadja Eat Today?

My menu yesterday consisted of:
Breakfast: 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese with small tomato cut up in it.
morning snack: 2 oz smoked ham slices with 1 string cheese
lunch: 1 cup chicken curry soup (yum!)
afternoon snack: 1 cup of fruit (watermelon, cantelope, grapes & strawberry) and 22 almonds (raw)
dinner: No Noodle Turkey/Spinach/mushroom lasagne (a WLS recipe I got out of this great book of WLS recipes.)
I also took all my vits which is 1 Centrum Chewable, 2 biotin (GNCs Hair, Skin and Nails Formula) 4 chewable Calcium Citrate and 4 Flaxseed oil.

I am really bad because I have not been counting cal. or fat intake or anything else. I try to eat 3 times a day, get 2 protien drinks in and water. yesterdays meal:
11 oz. protein drink
b. egg sausage and cheese in 1/2 tortila shell
16 oz crystal lite tea
S. chicken salad
16oz crystal lite tea
S. 2 oz yogurt
D. home made beef soup
11 oz protein drink
sip on water rest of night
I really love the crystal lite drinks, they help the water go down.
