Whadja Eat Today?
Well...since you mentioned honest...well we've already discussed the munchkins
breakfast- 1 scoop nectar with 8oz diet snapple
lunch - 2 wing flings
snack 1 scoop nectar with 16oz water
dinner- ham, mac and cheese, and stringbeans-about 4 oz total
snack 1oz peanuts
turbo iced coffee, and yes the damn munchkins!
Oh, bad day to ask me that question.
I didn't eat until 9pm this evening!!!!! Eek!
B: nothing...had to do fasting labwork for my physical this morning.

24oz water
20oz tea at the Seven Cups Tea House where my book club met
D: LATE! 4oz of shrimp
S: My bad. SF popsicles. I won't say how many.

No exercise because I had my appointment this morning, had to cover for a sick co-worker, had to stay late to help in a different department, and had my book club meeting tonight. Is that a good enough reason? Probably not...but it's all I have.

L: 3/4 cup chili con carne
S: Sargento String Cheese Light
D: 2 oz. stir-fried chicken w/2 T. broccoli
S: Sargento String Cheese Light
S: 1 square Godiva sugar-free Dark Chocolate (~50 cal)
Total calories for the day: 800. Protein 74g
Supplements: Centrum Chewable, Biotin, B-12, Viactiv
Exercise: 30 minutes weight-training, 30 minutes elliptical at the YMCA.
Pretty typical day, although calories are usually ~500-600. I have been trying to get it up to ~800 because of increased exercise.

See i have been doing ok. but not yesterday.
prebreak- coffee and suger free cream
break-protein drink
snack- cheetos
lunch-refried beans
snack-surger free pop and some blueberries
dinner-meatball soup
snack-some suger fee icecream
did ok on the liquid water and stuff went to the gym and worked out for about 50 minutes and did a few arm weights i have bat wings.
