There a regular nightly post on the main board for people to post what they've had to eat, etc. I thought I'd give it a shot on the May board - it might be fun to see how everyone's doing and it will help keep each other honest, too! Of course, I'll go first: Had all my vits except my night-time calcium. Morning: 8 oz decaf tea, 25 oz of Crystal Light with 1.5 scoops of Nectar (36 g of Protein) B: 4 oz of Carb Freedom Yogurt L: 1.5 slices of Healthy Choice Ham, 1 stick of low fat string cheese D: 3 oz of tuna salad and 3 crackers I plan on having at LEAST 2 sf popscicles tonight.... I've also had an additional 20 oz of water today and spent an hour at the gym - 35 cardio, 25 weights. Anyone else wanna play?

You know me...well, sorta...I'm game. Or is that gamey? Morning: Nectar Lemon Tea protein (scoop and a half) Breakfast: 2 slices of cheese, cup of decaf Lunch: Leftover skewer chicken w/ ranch dressing and a small bit of celery Snack: Nectar Lemon Tea protein (scoop and a half) Dinner: 1 chicken wing (heroin wings - low-carb recipe that rocks!) and 2 meatballs w/ jack cheese on top Snack: 1/2 slice of low-carb SF cheesecake (splenda - it is amazing) Late night: Nectar Lemon Tea protein (scoop and a half) Got most of my vits in already. A bit more to take plus my nightly calcium and then I'm done. Done lots of fluids too. After my cheesecake digests, I'll finish up my 3rd 20 oz bottle of water. Kathy

MMMMmmmm, pizza!! I haven't tried it yet but I was considering one day buying a thin crust since it's crispy. I haven't dumped on any foods really and I'm dying for a slice!!! What kind did ya have???

Thanks Becky. I actually had to stare at both of those photos for a while myself because sometimes I don't recognize the new me. I ran into a friend recently who said, "Wow, you look like you did when you were in high school!" She was right because I haven't weighed this amount since then!!! Thanks again!

Hi Ana, let me first say I agree with the others...you look awesome! As for pizza, I've had no trouble with thin crust pizza. I usually stick to cheese only, though last night I had sausage pizza. I also like to get extra cheese in order to add a bit more protein to it. I have no interest in pan pizza or even thick hand tossed. But pizzeria style thin crust or Pizza Hut thin crust are delicious and have caused me no trouble whatsoever. One slice is all I can do, unless its a large pizza, in which case only about 3/4 of a slice. But MMMMmmmmm is right!

Breakfast: SlimFast Low Carb Chocolate Shake (stomach doesn't tolerate real breakfast until late morning) Snack: Cheese and crackers, (ate more cheese than crackers) Lunch: Tuna Salad w/crackers Dinner: Taco meat, beans, cheese and a few bites of rice Later I'll have an evening snack of something but don't know what. I'm working on 4th bottle of 20 oz. water and I'll have green tea later too. All vitamins in except last calcium.
