What's your energy level?

My energy level has been at a big fat ZERO for the past 4 weeks or so. I have no motivation, sleep a little more and am tired all the time it seems. I make myself get out and do things, but like this past week......I was so tired at 7pm my eyes were burning! Ever happen to you? Im hoping my energy level gets a boost soon!!! Take care!

Hi Terrylyn, My energy level is a little bit better than pre-op. As with others, the days I exercise it is much higher. * a thought for those who are experiencing low energy/fatigue an easy remedy is taking a B 12 shot. * my doc prescribes it for me to give myself at home. it doesn't really hurt and is easy after the first 2-3 tries. ( I have a brother who is hyper-active who finds the B 12 shot too much of a buzz ) I have never had a hyper-active day in my life so I welcome the boost ! M.

AMEN! I'm beginning to think that that B-12 shot might be adictive! How often do you take the B-12 shots?

Even with all the problems I am having I do find myself with more energy. I don't have that time of the month anymore so I don't have that to contend with. I am sleeping more than I ever did before surgery. Amazing what 50 pounds will do with finding a comfie position. Energy level is still not where I hoped it would be, but once they figure out why everthing I eat or drink makes me Kat

Energy level is kind of low, I'm thinking its becasue of the low B-12, gotta get some dots!
