This morning I had a yogurt with 1/2 scoop of AnyWhey mixed in. It's pretty liquid, so I usually drink & drive.
The other quickie is 1 c. skim, 1 pkg Carnation Instant Breakfast, a scoop of AnyWhey and a 1/2 banana blended.

When I'm in a rush, I grab a about an ounce of ham slices and wrap them around a string cheese and eat it in the car on the way to work. It seems to help and gives me 16 oz of protein.

I have a protein drink at around 7 am on my drive into work. And then around 9 am or so I have breakfast. Funny enough...I had several slices of bologna for breakfast. All beef. It was fabulous. LOL!

You bet...a few slices of bologna and a piece of deli cheese too. Yumm. I just find that lunch meats especially shaved lunch meats go down nice and easy.

I am just going back to work from being off for the summer, but today I had a Carb Control Yogurt (Strawberry) for breakfast. About 2-3 hours later I had half of a protein bar. (Slimfast, low carb caramel nut) It is GOOD!
