Help...Sick

I feel like crap.....my stomach feels like a knot and i have been doing nothing but and (sorry to much information)all weekend. I have contacted my doc, and waiting for a return call. I have to to feel better then when I wake up, it starts all over again. I have been doing fine since my surgery on 5.4.05, but was wondering has anybody ever felt this way? Is this normal, is this what they call dumping?

I doubt it's dumping - that rarely lasts more than a few hours, at the most... It's possible you have a stomach bug - I hear they're going around (not in my city, yet, but other areas). The best thing you can do is sleep and get plenty of fluids and call your doc, which you've already done. I hope you feel better soon!

Could be several things the least of which is the stomach bug. You did the right thing to call the doctor. Good luck and hope you feel better.. Kat

OH DEAR! Take care of yourself! I had the flu three weeks ago.......I actually went to ER because I was horrified! The doc was glad I went because I (we) are so soon post op that better to be safe than sorry! Keep us posted on how you are doing! Carrie

It's a good thing you called your Dr, I hope it's nothing serious. There is a flu bug going around.

I had a nasty stomach bug a last week. I called my doctor just like you and he wasnt too worried, knew there was a bug going around. Hopefully your doctor will be able to help you out...Keep resting, I hope you feel better soon! Ellen
