What the heck is wrong with me?!
Today is one of those days for me. At 9:30 a.m. I ate some leftover turkey salad with cranberry sauce. I normally do not eat 'breakfast' until noon because it makes me nauseated and it gets worse when I try to exercise.
After the nausea subsided I wanted something else. Looked around till I came across my raspberry sorbet--1/2 cup of that and then started thinking about POPCORN.
Well, then I thought about what I had eaten: sugar in cranberry sauce, fat in salad, sugar in sorbet! I don't feel well because I have had BAD foods. Next . . . log on to OH. There is the post that I say, Yeh, I am not alone. I can get through this . . . oh, and I haven't drank enough water yet . . . what ever I have in 2 hours will be protein and fruit.
