Hey all......... I have 1 more pound til I'm down 50 pounds. I guess thats ok for almost 3 months out. I wi**** would go faster though. i got my gallbladder out on Wednesday. I feel ok, but I'm tired alot still. I also can't eat some of the things that I was eating before. Its crazy. I'm getting sick on things I never got sick on before. So, I guess I have to figure out what I can eat all over again. I have to go for a EGD on Thursday. Just to make sure everything is ok down in the pouch. Well, just thought I would update. Take Care, Depsy

Hey all In three days I will be three months out myself and I am 48 pounds down. I get stuck on these plateaus as well. It took a week to get down one pound when I hit a 35 pound loss. This is happening again the scale hasn't moved again in a week. I haven't been dieting either but, I get very frustrated when I eat. Three bites and I am finished. It seems carbs go down the best and yes I get feeling bad at times. I don't ever puke but, I burp and burp and feel a heavyness in my chest. I lay down and it seems like its gone in 20 minutes. Frustration seems to be the largest obsticle for me and yes I have a hard time with it. I put a little bit of food on a coffee saucer and can't fini**** Does that happen to you guys? Always throwing away stuff and I am so very picky with my drinks. I take a taste of something after buying twelve bottles and than hate it. Good thing I have Ed here to drink and eat everything I turn my nose up too. Hugs Cheryl

I'm 10 weeks out and I'm down 38.9 lbs. I keep stalling but starting last Thursday I started upping my protein to 80-90 grams and I started increasing my aerobic activity and for 3 days in a row, I dropped .8 lbs EACH DAY. So I'm going to keep trying that for the next two weeks to see if I can drop another 10 lbs. So if you stall, you might try that. My typical food is 1 can of low-carb diet slimfast in the morning (20 grams), 4 0z of yogurt for a snack (8 grams), Lunch - 4 0z tuna salad or tuna/egg salad (26 grams), 1 oz cheese snack (7 grams), Dinner - 3 oz chicken (approx 30 gr). I might change it slightly but this has worked for me.
