A big WOW moment

Today I had to work and one of my male employees commented on my weight loss. Now I've been receiving many nice compliments, but this particular compliment surprised me. He said that I looked "hot". I cannot remember that last time someone said that or even if anyone has ever said that before. I was very embarassed, but of course I really felt very good afterwards. It's amazing the range of emotions and feelings this fantastic journey takes us on! ~Wanda

It's funny that we love to get the compliments but sometimes we don't know what to do when we get them..at least for me. I'm trying to tell myself to just say thanks! For example, someone complimented me and instead of just saying 'thanks' I said, "oh um, I still have a lot to lose." What's wrong with me!! lol Well you take that HOT compliment and enjoy it!
