vericose veins

I'm not sure of the spelling. Has anyone else noticed the sudden appearance of these lovely creatures? I don't know if they used to be under fat and I couldn't see them or if I walk so much they came out or if I am crossing my legs more(because I can). Bottom line is all of a sudden I have these big ropey veins showing up on my legs. Anyone else out there experiencing this? curious, Jane

My husband is a poster child for venal disease...LOL!...and his varicose veins definitely look much more pronounced with the weight gone (200 lbs hides things). But we knew he had those to begin with. Kathy
