I second what Becky Sue said, I love the Pria Carb Select Peanut Butter Caramel, not thrilled about the brownie one, but they are only 10 grams of protein. I also like the South Beach Meal Replacement bars, Cinnamon Creme and Peanut Butter Choc. they have 19 grams of protein.

The best of the best of the best are the Power Crunch bars. You can order them from Susan Maria's website or The Smart Health Store website. Both sites have trial packs so you can figure out which ones you like best. My favs are the double chocolate and the vanilla. They are made with Proto Whey, you can find out more about that wonderful protein on the smart health store website (look for the link "protein 101"). These little gems of protein bars cost no more than the other bars you buy at the stores and taste just like wafer cookies!! Totally yummy, totally a terrific find. Becky Jean

I'm not too crazy about the Power Crunch - they have a funny aftertaste for me. BUT, I do love the EAS - especially the cookies and cream, and the cheesecake flavored ones.

I completly agree with Jane C. A week ago I was on the go and decided I would just grab a protein bar. I got about half of it down, and 30min. later felt awful. plus the dumping syndrome. Yuck....Don't want to go there again. It sounds like a wonderful solution when you don't have alot of time, but this is one route I will have to pass on. -sabrina
