Calories in Vs Calories Out

I am 2 months out like the rest of the Mayers. I still am not able to eat much of anything at all. The doc just put me on some meds for an infection so we are waiting to see if they work. The question I have is today I was able to keep down 142 calories. WIth my daily activities and excercise according to fitday, I burned 962 calories. Should I adjust my exercise down on days that the calorie count is so low? My Mom read what I had kept down and the amount of work out and had a fit. So I thought I would ask yall. Any help is appreciated.. Kat

Kat, I don't have a definitive answer to your question, but, I have to tell you that I'm amazed that you have the energy to work out if your calorie intake is so low! I hope you can find health again soon! Your body needs more than that, for nutrition's sake. I send you big hugs! Lori

I would say yes. I would not exercise much if you intake is that low. Your body needs fuel. Feel better! Kathy
