Need Advice!!
I went over two weeks with no scale action and decided to add an additional protein supplement to my day and I've now lost 3 lbs since last Wednesday. It is only an additional 100-120 calories a day but apparently my body "needed" it.
Seems counterintuitive that to lose more, sometimes you have to eat more. But it seems to work.
You could give that a try or just keep hanging in there with your increased water and exercise!

My stalls seem to happen when I get into eating the same kinds of foods for days at a time. Add a different couple of foods and the lbs start falling off again - ate at my fav Indian resturant and dropped two lbs right away?! Gotta be that spinach and cheese that boosted me this time!
Think of a stall as a rut. Then, climb out of the rut with a change in intake. Increase water, add a protien supplement, add one or two hundred calories... try one, try them all!
