What is different for you this time?
I guess for me, it's a feeling that I've changed my life, not that I'm on a "diet". Everytime I've dieted, at least after the first week or two, I always felt deprived and was always trying to figure out how I could "cheat".
Now, I'm just eating the way I should be eating and make healthy choices without thinking I'm missing out on something...
I will say I've had a hard time getting rid of some of the older clothes. Most of my clothes still fit but I've started pulling out all my winter clothes and separating what I know I won't be wearing again, but it makes me a little nervous to be packing them away for distribution at my next support group meeting.
