How do you feel after eating?
Can you give us an idea of what types of food you are eating? If you are eating carbs, you could be having a little bit of low sugar after eating. Sometimes the body overcompensates for the amount of carbs we take in and gives too much insulin off giving you a bit of hypoglycemia. It seems to happen a number of post-ops.

Maybe you could take your Sublingual Vit B before lunch and see if It gives you any extra energy. I always take mine right before I work out in the morning. And I dont know if it is just psychological, but I seem to have extra energy to get through my long workout and then come home to my chores.
The only time I feel drowsy is when I hadnt slept good the night before and its a rainy gloomy day. So today is one of those days , so I am treating myself to a siesta after I pick my daughter up.
Just remember girls our bodies are really still healing from a major surgery and if you can take a little power nap.
Big hugs to all of you

Beejay:
I often feel sleepy and lethargic after eating. But then I am often sleepy and lethargic at anytime of the day. I have sleep apnea but it's getting better with the weight I've lost.
I don't know what causes it but I don't work anymore (that's one of the reasons) and have forced my husband to shoulder the burden. He's not happy but, what can I say?
