Help, Eating
I have one or two protein drinks/day (total of about 300 calories and 70 grams/protein), then either 2 string cheese, or a 3 oz can of chicken or tuna, or something that my family is eating for dinner depending on what it is and if I can tolerate it. I'd say I eat solid foods like 2 times/day, protein shakes 2 times/day. Total of about 700-750 calories/day, 85-100 grams/protein, and eating about eery 3-5 hours.

I was told to eat 3 meals and two protein supplements a day. I get about 70 grams of protein from my two shakes plus what I take in from food. I can eat anywhere from 2-4 oz of food depending on the time of day and just how I feel at that moment. I stick with proteins and low-carb vegies. I see to tolerate most things except carb countdown milk at this point. I've had fish, shrimp, tuna, ground beef, pork, chicken and turkey. I have no idea how many calories.
I drink upwards of 60 oz of water a day, usually one cup of decaf. I take my calcium citrate (twice a day), B12, B 50 Complex, Iron, Biotin and Multivitamins. Oh, and two Fiber Choice tablets...helps keep constipation away!

Hello there I was told to eat three meals of 3oz potein then 1oz vegtables. I was told to have one snack of 6oz of yogurt and then 2 other snacks. i am trying to do that but I usually eat or drink two protein drinks with some yougurt in one. I have maybe a string cheese or two and try to eat dinner with my family. I sometimes have a surger free banana pop. I find it hard to eat most of the time but i am working on it
