SMOOTHIES ANYONE??

I use yogurt or kefir when I have it, but, I also make smoothies with light soy milk. My favorite is 8th Continent, sugar free vanilla. This is how I make my favorite smoothie.
1 cup sf vanilla soy milk
1/2 frozen blueberries
1/3 frozen banana
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate
2 packets of Splenda
1 scoop of Isopure Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder
Blend it in blender until smooth. It has 32 grams of protein in this recipe.
