I just wanted to update you a few things, cause I know that I'm always interested in whats going on in other folks life...
Well I saw my nut today, and I'm down 45 on her scale. She gave me a list of new foods that I can incoporate. YIPPEE! I can't wait to add whole grains and pasta, AFTER the protein is in. She also said that I should up the exercise to at least 30min a day/45 minutes a day. Looking forward to it...
I am 9 weeks today and feeling great. Looking pretty good too. It felt good to share the guilt I have about eating certain foods, she let me know that a bite of something is ok, however, be cautious, because a bite will eventually lead to another bite, and another bite.

Hi Aliya. Thanks for your update. Woo hoo on those 45 pounds. I love seeing that scale go down, down, down. It's fun and scary at the same time for me trying new foods. Today I made chicken alfredo (light sauce) w/pasta. I ate chicken first, then a little of the pasta and all went down well. I need to start doing my weight training and stomach crunches again. They make a big difference when I lose those inches.

Hi Aliya! CONGRATS on your 45 pounds! I'm down about 44 or so, not sure exactly, haven't weighed in a couple of days.
I go see my nutritionist next Friday (the 15th) and I'm going to bring my food log with me to see how I'm doing. I think I'm doing okay - I can eat pretty much anything, but really don't eat a whole lot. Most of my calories for the day are from smoothies. It's just a whole heck of alot of effort to eat, LOL!
