Hello Mayers! Did everyone have a good 4th of July Weekend? 1. What is the one thing your really proud of from this weekend? 2. Did you indulge in any thing this weekend and if so what? 3. How would you rate this 4th of July Weekend compared to last year? My answers..... 1. I am really proud to have continued to exercise this weekend even when friends and family were around and it would have been easier for me to tell myself, its okay if you miss a few days. 2. I couldn't help myself. After being good all weekend and never even trying anything that wasn't in my new eating plan, I gave in to my sugar craving last night. We had a bon fire and everyone was roasting marshmellows and making smores. After about half hour of hearing everyone rave about how good the smores were I gave in and roasted myself a Marshmellow. I just ate a marshmellow and boy did I regret it. I won't ever be doing that again. No sugar for me. I thought my heart was going to bounce right out of my heart, tummy didn't feel that great either. 3. I would have to say this 4th of July was much better then last years. I felt healthier and more relaxed. I felt great about myself. --Sabrina

1. What is the one thing your really proud of from this weekend? I went on a 2 mile hike on Saturday and it felt great! 2. Did you indulge in any thing this weekend and if so what? No, not really. 3. How would you rate this 4th of July Weekend compared to last year? It was good- much more relaxed, but actually kind of boring! We cancelled our plans to go to two parties yesterday and just stayed home.

1. What is the one thing your really proud of from this weekend? Friday I hit the 50 pound mark! 2. Did you indulge in any thing this weekend and if so what? My SIL made an ice cream cake for my niece with banana chocolate chip ice cream from Cold Stone. I had a teeny tiny bite of the ice cream (probably about 1/2 tsp.). 3. How would you rate this 4th of July Weekend compared to last year? Much better--last year I had to work.

Overall, a great weekend...except my pouch didn't like food later in the day and was upset. 1. I hit my 40 pound mark 2. No indulging for me...although I wanted to taste the Flag Cake I made with pound cake, Cool Whip, Strawberries and Blueberries 3. I missed the fireworks b/c I was in bed due to pouch feeling icky. Other than that I felt good not stuffing my mouth so much like last year and feeling so tired afterwards.

1. What is the one thing your really proud of from this weekend? I am really proud that we didnt set the house or surrounding areas on fire with all the fireworks we lit off! Also proud that spring of 2004 capris are fitting me! 2. Did you indulge in any thing this weekend and if so what? I ate 8 triangles of watermelon 3. How would you rate this 4th of July Weekend compared to last year? It was more relaxing! I had a huge party last year and spent all day in the kitchen cooking and this year I only had a few people over and didnt serve food... so it was nice to just relax! Kathy
