has anyone tried artichokes?

I have been craving watermelon and artichokes. I have no problem with watermelon and artichokes are ok, but they make my tummy alittle uncomfortable so I can only do maybe 8 leaves. Chylene 290/247/145

Not outright, no. However, I did have some spinach/artichoke dip (a tablespoon or so) tonight, and it settled just fine. I sure hope it's okay to eat!

yes I have i had a few leaves and then my mom had the rest. I had a few bites of the heart. I actually took a couple of days to eat the heart. Of couse the first day was the best. I even used a little mayo.

The sound of artichoke sounds really good, I think I might just try some tonight. I have to bring something for a party tonight, and if I make some fat free artichoke dip that would solve two things for me. I would have something I am allowed to eat and I am bringing something to share. THanks everyone for the Idea! -Sabrina
