Whats up!
Not doing too hot today. I have had about 4 bites of chicken for breakfast and lunch. I have had two suger free popsicles and only about 24 ounces of water. Need to finish my vitamins. Today I mowed the lawn with a pust lawn mower and raked the yard. We are having a party on sunday and have to get the yard ready. Today I am in this Blah mood. I really hope I snap out of it quick.I hope all is going well with everyone.

B: Cup of 2% milk (hubby bought it - GRRRR ) then vitamins!
L: 1/2 of a 3 oz can of chicken breast and 1-1/2 slices of cracker cuts cheese
S: Nectar, peach, OJ smoothie
D: other half of above and the other 1-1/2 slices cheese
Today for exercise, I walked the 1-1/2 miles to the gym (one big hill on the way there). Then I did 10 minutes on the bike while there. Then I did 45 minutes of weights!
I'm probably going to have another smoothie later on tonight. No real interest in eating today.
This is what my day's been like:

Walked 45 min. in the mall
Egg salad for brunch w/flinstone vitamin (7-9 g. protein)

3 oztuna salad with 3 thin crackers and flinstone (20 g. protein)
8 oz. lime Kool Aid w/ Splenda
Matrix shake with 14 g. protein Milk, unsweet. cocoa pwdr, splenda and frozen strawberries (34 g. protein total)
2 chewable calc. citrate
8 0z. Kool Aid w/ Splenda
Will have a snack later, don't know what with last 2 calcium chews

I walked 1 mile this morning before work, then on lunch break I did 6 minutes of exercise bike (vigorously), plus general stretching, wall squats, resistence training, pelvic tilts & crunches (35 minutes total).
