Slightly ironic that you are worried about silence and your handle is "SHh"... Eating..... pre breakfast - decalf tea, breakfast - low fat low salt ham slice with cottage cheese snack - 2 oz of egg substitute lunch - 2 oz of low fat cheese snack - 2 oz of carb con. yogrit (spell it like it tastes) Exercise - fingers only so far today... crunching numbers vs abs Kate Z 313/275/125

Hey Kate Shh...are my initials...my name is Stephanie I love your meal plan for today...sounds like mine...I do plan to go home and do WATP for 30 min...then walk the dog for at leat 1mile (lets pray that I can make it in this darn heat)

I'm current on my vitamins and meds except for the stuff slated for this evening! Pre-B: Cup of decaf coffee B: 2 slices deli thin slice ham, 1 slice deli American cheese L: 2 oz diced chicken cutlet (breaded w/parm cheese), 2 oz broccoli w/ cheese sauce (reduced fat) S: Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake Dinner will be baked salmon and some vegie - probably cauliflower. And before bed...another protein shake. Already had two 20.8 oz bottles of water and just about to get another for the ride home. Hey, guys! I was feelin a little off today, so... Pre-B: CL Sunrise Orange w/Unjury B: 2 oz low sugar oatmeal S: 2oz sf applesauce L: ice chips and V8 (I was pretty queasy by lunchtime!) I was able to choke down my multivitamin and calcium, and I've had ~32oz of fluid so far **** chips count, right?). Dinner will likely be a Boca Burger and some broccoli... if The Pouch allows it! If not, some vegetable soup sounds good. And i'm gonna head to the gym this evening for 30min on the treadmill. Keep it up, May Babies!!! Tiffany S 328/313/270/175

Im not sure if your vitamin shoppe has the liquid multivitamins, but if it has them in the orange vanilla flavor, grab it if you like orange juice. I mix half OJ and Half Water, and then put in the capfull of the liquid Vitamins. Because the vitamin is OJ flavored, when mixed in it all tastes like a full glass of OJ not a half watered down version. I love to take my vitamins everymorning now, since i started doing this. It cost me about 25 dollars for a bottle and lasted me about 5-6 weeks. I actually put a little extra in just for good measure, so it would last 6 weeks normally.

Nice!! I may have to check that out. Vitamin Shoppe, huh? I was debating putting a splash of regular OJ in this protein drink; the Unjury powder adds an odd aftertaste to the Crystal Light. Your idea may be a bit better. Thanks! Tiffany S. 328/313/270/175

The vitamin shoppe is one of our GNC type places, not sure if its local regional or national chain. The liquid multi vitamin i take is their brand name, but like most things im sure they have the same thing at a local Vitamin store near you if you dont have a Vitamin Shoppe.

hey b protein shake s bluberry yogart l tuna noodle csserol s apple sauce about 64 oz of Water I walked 1 mile in 18 minutes today and ran some errands (walmart excuse) I also picked up Vitamins at GNC. too hot to do much more than that :dvil: Joanne 322/394/...165
