OMGSH - What a WLS Moment (repost from MI board)

We have no washer or dryer hooked up yet from our move. It's been frustrating with six kids. Today I dug through the swimming bag to find a towel to take a shower. Once I was done, I realized I had NO clothes to wear today. So I went upstairs to my closet and started digging for shorts. I found a pair and was absolutely sure they wouldn't fit. They're a size 16. OMGSH!!!!!!!!!! THEY FIT!!!!!!!! I had surgery 38 days ago. I've now lost 45 lbs. I was a size 22/24 and today I'm wearing a size 16!!! Un freakin' belivable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 18 lbs from being under 200!!!! I haven't been under 200lbs in over 12 years! I feel like crap all day long, but the reality is I've done GREAT!! And I need to focus on that and pull myself out of this depression that I'm in now. Thanks everyone for your love and support!! You guys really give me strength to keep going!!! Laurie - Gonna look dang good by my birhtday in August!!

I feeling a little better today. Not eating well still. It's 2:20 and I've eaten 2 oz of gulash (sp) and 30 oz of water. I'm going out to dinner for some potato soup at Bennigins tonight though, so hopefully I can get some more in.

Alright Laurie. It's fun finding clothes that suddenly fit. I haven't worn much of shorts this year because I refused to buy any 20's. However at the bottom of my shorts drawer were several 16's that fit perfectly! It's like finding little pots of gold isn't it? Ana
