lost 40 lbs. woohoo! :-)

Had my six week check up today, I'm actually 3 days shy of six weeks. I've lost 40 pounds! I was so pleased to have the Dr. confirm what my scales at home told me this morning. I hit a plateau after the 3rd week, but seem to have lost about 5 lbs. in the past few days. Maybe I'm over that first hurdle! Hope everyone else is having a great day too! ~Wanda

WOW Wanda!!! Congrats! 6 weeks and 40 pounds.........how's that for a return on your investment! I'm going for my 4 week check up Wednesday.....and I'm anxious to see how I've done! I've bought 2 scales since surgery, but both have been way off and have been returned......I miss jumping on a scale in the morning! And all of my known life I dreaded the monsters! LOL! Hey........I used to live in Chesterfield County, Virginia.....off of Chippenham Pkwy....I went to nursing school at John Tyler Community College......small world! I'll bet the county has exploded since I left in the late 80's! Congrats again........keep us all informed on your miracle! God Bless! Sally
