I am doing well, but eggs give me a back pain sensation and it really hurts. The eggs are boiled because I don't care for scrambled eggs. Are there others that are experiencing this? I am doing well with other foods.

I can do scrambled eggs just fine, but when I tried a boiled egg - it didn't like me too much! But no back pain, I've never heard of that.

I am, I am, me and eggs DO NOT get along right now. I felt icky after a couple of bites and couldn't eat much else that day!!!! I didn't have the back pain sensation, but the feeling of gaging and my heart started beating fast. Basicly I dump on eggs. Deri

The incredible, edible egg. I've read some posts on OH claiming that hard-boiled eggs are more difficult to tolerate early on than eggs cooked in a softer manner. I never tried HB eggs straight, but had no problem eating deviled eggs (the filling kept everything moist). Have you tried poached eggs?

I completely understand what your saying. When I coundn't get enough protein everyone kept suggesting eggs. I had the very same reaction and that was with scrambled eggs. Someone told me that eating them as egg salad is easier. I completely agree with that suggestion. I found I had to add alot of fat free mayo before I could tolerate them. I personally just don't bother. To scared to get that feeling. The backpain is heart burn. You get that when its over by your gallbladder. I don't have my gallbladder anymore, but some foods still cause me to get that same feeling as when I had gallstone attacks. Just don't ru**** Listen to your body, its trying to tell you its not ready for it yet. --Good luck to you! Sabrina

I have tried HB eggs 2 times and both times I have gotten sick. I can eat deviled eggs, egg salad or scrambled eggs though. Brandi

It's the same way for me too. I can't eat hard boiled eggs. Even when it's used in something like egg salad, sandwiches, etc. BUT I can eat scrambled eggs just fine.

Scrambled eggs, plain, have been okay. Not great, but okay. When I put cheese on them, or some meat with them, hoo boy, that has NOT felt good. But I've had egg salad almost every day now for 2 weeks with absolutely no problem. Its been wonderful! I think the way the egg is made does indeed make a difference.
