Still throwing up??

I almost got a smoothie from Baskin Robbins and changed my mind. I thought it might have to much sugar in it so I chickened out. I was craving one so badly!! Smoothie King isn't familiar to me. Anyplace else that might have them where I could have the powder added? I'm in Virginia Beach. Today I almost finished a bottle of apple juice and that was it. It was only a 12-16 oz bottle, too. Just nothing else sounded good, and the juice barely stayed down. I have to do something. I'm tired of going back for more procedures.
