I struggle with getting in my protein as well. But, as you can see, your body will fight you with weight loss if you aren't getting it in. Plus, of the other awful side effects of not getting in enough protein. My doctor's eating plan won't let me have tuna or eggs for 10 more days. I'm still on full liquids. I am tired of drinking the protein drinks, but, find it difficult to get in my 60 grams of protein unless I do. I guess we just need to hang in there. I am looking forward to the tuna and the egg salads, sound great at this point!
