Endoscopy again

12:30pm tomorrow, I have the endoscopy again. My doctor feels that it would be best since I am having trouble still. I am hoping this is the last time! And I hope they knock me out this time!! The one last week was horrible since I was awake and gagging! Had a sore throat for 3 days. Anyway, wish me luck! I so want to be able to eat again! I'm tired of throwing up!!

I heard from my surgeon that when someone has a stricture they dialate it gradually. They don't want to stretch it too big. They do it in increments. Guess it is best for you overall since it won't be too big but still..what a pain! Feel better! Kathy

Good luck, Lisa, tomorrow. I had an endoscopy on Tuesday, after vomiting for hours Sunday night. It went pretty well, and today was the first food I've had since then. I hope the one tomorrow is the last for you. Debra M.
