who's countin' calories!
Amen to the above. I have been entering my food intake on fitday.com to track my protein. I got a little freaked out when I saw my daily average calories were under 400. I got lots of reassurance from my MN buddies that I shouldn't worry and just focus on the protein and the fluids. I have terrific energy, so it is just a number.
Hang in there, it's just the beginning. Hope you are doing well otherwise.
