Wow!! 1 Week Out

Hi all - I am so excited to have found this site - had surgery 30th May and going very well! Now I feel so much better because of reading of your experiences. Dont know how much I have lost as I dont have a follow up appointment till the 29th June so that will be a surprise. (I pitched the scales somewhere down the street for hard rubbish collection in a fit of the sads LOL). Lost 10kg (about 24lb I think) pre-op and things seem to be getting looser YAYYY!! Seems the procedure etc is pretty much the same in Australia although the insurance system is sure different! Well good luck all May op mates - looking forward to getting some info on and a before pic from somwhere too!! Take care and enjoy the journey!
