Bladder infection

Hey gang, I ended up in the ER on Thursday from 3pm til midnight. I couldn't hold anything in. They finally told me I was on the verge of dehydration and had a serious bladder infection. I am still having problems getting liquids in. Everything still wants to come out. it is so gross. Does anyone have any suggestions? My doctor said to just keep sipping.
