Vitamins
My nutritionist said I should be taking the exact same regimen as you just listed, but my protein comes mainly from fortified milk, so I'm getting lots of calcium that way. I'm skipping the calcium. The 2 Flintstones and the sublingual B-12 don't bother me at all either (except when I forget to take them - d'oh!)
I take 2 flinstones complete, 2 500mg calcium (one in the morning, one at night, never within 3 hours of my flintstones), a B-12 sublingual and a biotin.
You might try buying a smaller dosage of calcium and splitting it up during the day. They also make chewable or liquid calcium.

I take 2 Children's Vitamins a day and 1200 mg of CaCitrate in chewable form (actually I'm waiting for them to come in the mail). He said it wouldn't hurt to also take some iron if you are not menopausal. That's it. I take vitamins 4 times a day: breakfast/vitamin, lunch/vitamin, dinner/calcium, snack-shake/calcium.
