BANANA
I haven't had any problems, but my only attempt at a banana was a 1/2 a small banana in my protien shake a week or so out. I seem to recall my Nut telling us that most people don't have a problem with natural sugars like you find in fruit, it's the 'white sugar' you find in processed foods that cause a problem. Although, she did say it is possible to have problems with natural sugars...
