getting bored with jus****er
Is there anything else to drink besides water or sugar free kool-aid? The only other thing I have had is sugar free popsicles. Someone please give me an idea about what they are doing so I won't get burnt out. Also, I stay tired all the time - is this normal with anyone else or is something wrong with me? Thank you, Tonya.
Hi Tonya,
You're doc should have provided you a list of options on the clear liquid phase. I'll let you know what I have enjoyed from the very small list my doc provided:
clear broth chicken and beef
clear broth from the ramen noodle packs I use 2 per 10 to 12 oz of H20
sugar free popscicle brand popscicles they taste amazing no aftertaste
sugar free walmart brand juice blends----koolaid I add splenda
Water
Jello sugar free I love cherry and strawberry
grape juice and cranberry juice 100% juice only he said I could do these if I dilute them 50-50 I initially diluted them that much and they were so watery that I only used about 25 % water to dilute
In regard to protein drinks I start those tomorrow, couldnt do isopure it tasted like putrid milk I use slim fast low carb 1g of sugar per serving and delicious taste 20 g protein per serving
Hope this helps tomorrow i go full liquids

Try diet snapple, the apple is good and the pink lemonade is good. Try propel water, I like the grape flavor, not too over powering. Hot tea has saved me, the mint and peppermint is wonderful. I can't drink milk anymore, which is a shame, I loved, loved, loved it preop. I miss it tremendously. Keep trying, it is hard.

I was able to start on NEcTAR fuzzy navel...It is a liquid zero fat, zero sugar....AND you will have all your protien in! I too was feeling lethargic...I called the doc and they prescribed iron...in liquid...made an AMAZING difference...everyone is different...that MAY not be what you need...but I would ask your nut about nectar...is is easy to make and the fuzzy navel taste a little like sunny d...
love ya,
