Week 2 post-opers check in!!!!
May 16th here...I am not losing as much as everyone else, I am walking 2x per day for 15 min. and eating 2 oz. cooked protein w/1 oz. veg. or fruit. Have only lost 16 lbs. and seem to be stuck there. I have been on soft solids and now full solids for 1 week. Food is dry but doc said add sauces and liquids and undercook slightly to make softer and then chew chew chew. Anyone else have this going on. Started at 227 now 215.
