" -- Anonymous Thanks for all the well wishes both for my birthday and for my surgery. After over 3 hours of surgery just for the lap band, I'm healing fine. I had a lot of scar tissue. Walked 2 miles today, am getting 70 grams of protein in a day and drinking all my fluids.!! Barb
