My surgery is tomorrow!!

Hello everyone.... Well, for a while, i thought it was never gonna happen..... now, my date is finally upon me! I still don't know what time yet, i have to call St Vincents after 3pm today to get the time of my surgery. I'm enjoying ((NOT!)) my day of clear liquids! Water, jello, chicken brooth, & the zero carb, crystal clear Isopure with 40 grams of protein. I'll be glad to get this over, before i loose my nerve!! I hope i'm doing the right thing... but i guess being nervous is normal Thanks for listening..... Mike

"crystal clear Isopure with 40 grams of protein" - What is this and where did you get it? Is it any good? I'm having trouble with my Adkins shakes. WAYYYYYYYYYYY to much....chocolate??....for me.
