I am going in on the 25th

Well, I just got back from pre-op and it is a go. I will be going to Fremont Kaiser on the 25th of May at 6:00AM. I am excited and scared. I am glad you are all here. Hope to get to know you. The best to all. David

DON'T be afraid! I go in Monday, You are Wednesday we'll do just FINE! The best thing I've done is become a part of this site! I gain so much strength and knowledge here. The compassion of everyone here is awesome. We are all here under different cir****tances, but for the same goal! That is so exceiting to me. We come from all over but ultimately we all know how each other feels about our health. We are just about to travel down an entirely different road. This site is full of friendly people giving us direction and guidance through all of the curves and turns in that road. Sometimes our trip will be rough and other times it will be smooth. But we can always count on someone that has already been there to help us along! These are some of the most honest friends we'll ever have!

I'm right between you both....I go in on Tuesday, the 24th Will be thinking of you both !! I was starting to panic...have been on the site for nearly 2 hours and feel so much better. I'm scheduled for open gastry bypass on the 26th @ Barnes Jewish Hospital. I to am excited and scared but I keep reminding myself of the end results. That's what keeps you going....knowing how much better you will feel physically and emotionally. Good luck! Angel
