DO YOU REMEMBER?

Do any of you remember several weeks back, someone posting that she had created a table in Excel to calculate calories, carbs, protein, etc. She asked who would like it and I've decided now that I would like to see/try it and I can't remember who it was! Thanks, Caren

Hi Caren Hi! Yeah - wow,, another "C" Caren. I have run into a few, not too many. How has it been for me? It is just amazing. I worked for a year getting all the insurance requirements done to get approved, then submitted and got approved in about a week and a half. Had open RNY on May 2nd with no complications. I have had no complications since surgery either. The first week or so is the worst of it as far as pain (soreness). I have lost 26 pounds since leaving the hospital - and 17 pounds since going into the hospital (I gained 9 from swelling, fluids). I am doing pretty well on getting in my protein and water and am now walking 1.5 to 2 miles a day. I feel better and better everyday! I feel so blessed to have this opportunity to make my life better/healthier and I'm doing everything I can to 'work' with it!
