i need some help here plz

I had my surgery may 11 and I have been pretty good so far. Till today and for some reason I have felt not sick but kind of clamy and cold to toch dizzy had to lay down. They took out my drain today and my staples . I am thinkng maybe I need more water I have not a clue . has anyone had this happen to them Thanks Tammy

Sorry that you are feeling bad Tammy. How much water are you getting in? Have you been eatting 5-6 times per day and have you started your protein? Make sure and call your doc in the am. Morgan

Tammy Sounds like you are not getting enough water. Those symptoms are what I was told to look for if not gettting the h2o. Oh and I had my surgery the same day.... Patti
