My name is Rebecca and I've never joined a message board before. I am scheduled for surgery in Mexico on May 21 and am excited but scared. Only 2 days to go! I'm 33 years old and have a wonderful boyfriend and a beautiful 2 year old son. I have been trying to have the RNY surgery for 11 years but decided to have the lapband because I could afford it. I have a degree and decided to change careers so this is part of my life change. I am hoping to get into nursing school.
