Joe, Prepare yourself for a wild ride and fast weight loss! Obviously no one can truly estimate how fast you'll lose but I can tell you that my husband had the surgery last August and started at a weight like yours. He started at 437 and now 9 months later is 264 (loss of 173 lbs). The first month was a loss over 60 followed by about 40 the second month. Go, Joe, go! Best wishes, Kathy
