May 23 at 0730!!!

Oh Happy Day! I'll get my new lease on life Monday after next! Pre-op testing the 16th, I have no doubt I'll do just fine. (That's my mantra - I'll do just fine, I'll do just fine...) The body feels what the mind tells it to feel - so I feel positive. And, I'm so happy for the rest of us May 2005ers. May we live long, happy, and healthy lives! Cheers! Angela in Oklahoma

Angela, Congratulations! And you WILL do just fine....that's one of the reasons we have to jump thru loops to get this surgery done is to prove that we can make it thru surgery....all the tests, etc. Keep us posted! Caren

Oh Happy Day, is right it must be the lucky day for wls for Angelas. We share the same name even though everyone calls me Angie. My surgery date just got changed from the 17th to the 223rd! Oh well see you on the losing side, Good Luck! Angie

Angela, I have my surgery scheduled for May 23rd also!! don't have the time yet they said they would call me on Thursday morning and give me the time. I picked May 23rd because I am a teacher and its our first day of summer break!! I am so excited and anxious. I had my pre op testing on May 10th. Good luck to us both!! Theresa
