1 week check-up
Wow, great job! I too had my surgery on May 4, went in for my check up yesterday, Wedneday the 11th. Had lost 19 lbs. Which is funny, because my shorts and even underwear feel tighter, but I suppose that is due to swelling.
What is stage 3 for you? I am on liquids for another week, then can start with blended oatmeal and soups, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, you know, the soft stuff. Can't WAIT!

Stage 3 for me is oatmeal, grits, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, refried beans, mashed potatoes, etc. I have been eating a little of all of that. I am doing well with all of that. I did try tuna with mayo the other night and it didn't sit well with me. I didn't 'dump' or anything, it just made me feel bloated for about 30 minutes.
I know what you mean, I don't 'see' the weight loss. All my clothes still fit me the same. Oh, well. Soon our underwear will be falling off!
