Surgery in 8 days

My surgery is may 18th. I have worked so hard for this and for so long. I have all the sudden had so many fears. After 3 years of researching it has seemed to happin all so fast. Please pray for me. Is there anybody else going for surgery on the 18th.

Hang tight, sweetheart. Mine is May 20th. I've been in South CA for 6 months waiting for this with many delays, postponments, etc. I live int he redwoods and am anxious to go home. I'm beginning to doubt also, but at this point it is now or never. Read all the reports of people coming back O.K. We'll walk through this together. Barb

Jamie, Hang in there girl! And know that your fears are all soooo normal (not that that helps calm you! lol). It does seem to take forever doing the research, getting all insurance requirements met, etc. and then forever for your date to get here - and then....BAM! It's here and over and you are on your way to recovery! I am just a week out and feeling so much better everyday! Keep us posted and we are here if you need support! Take care, Caren

Hi Jamie, I too am having surgery on May 18th and can understand fully what you are going through. I went through 1 denial and 1 postponment before getting this date. Please lift me up in your prayers as I am having to fight with personnel at work for approval of my FMLA. Andrea
