new to this site

Hi Family Supporters, I have a date for May 24 2005 My Journey to be, dust far has been rough.I suffer from nerv damage due to a disremovale.I walk with a four prong cane at times, when feeling brave i dont use it.I have a AFO brace on my leg at all times due to a drop foot. I've gain an enormous amount of weight (267lbs) I am only 40yrs old, & the last 5yrs of my life has been nothing i dream of!!! but i can say when i met this Dr at WLSC ,Life seem to suddenly change. Today is 5-10-05 an i was able to go to Sentra Hospital to get my bloodwork done & lungs xrayed.Tommorow i go back to Sentra Hospital to attend the Can Do Nutrition Class & the Pre Operative Education Class, An Finally i'll attend the support group last. This is so that i can keep my date on the 24th of this month. I will update you soon. Keep the faith Lisa D
