How do I start a journel here?

Hi Guys, I have wanted to start a journel here, but I have searched everywhere. Do I just keep updating my profile. Is it that simple? . I wanted to talk about the memorial page. I waited until I made up my will and living will. Then I looked. There but for the grace of God, go I. God bless these people. I have been giving it a lot of thought. I don't want to die. Unfortunately, I am slowly dying now. I had to use a walker to come over to the computer. Sometimes, I don't know what the weather is like all day long. Sometimes I go without seeing people all day long. I still want the surgery! It is a very remote chance, but I am willing to take it. I want that chance to live again. I can be content like this, but I won't last long. I have grandchildren I want to see get older, and for them to see me get older!!! Thanks for listening. Lisa
